Head of Healthcare Department, he holds a BSc Hons (Chem) and an MBA.

With 13 years involvement in recruiting he is presently one of the leading
recruiters in the Pharmaceutical and Medical fields for positions covering

Hugh Cunningham
A registered Pharmacist who holds a B.Pharm and an MBA degree. He also
qualified for registration as Chartered Marketer. He spent 15 years
in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industries with experience
in Production, Medical Department, Sales, Marketing and General Management.
He also has experience in Corporate Business Development and Hospital
Management. He extended his experience to the Financial Sector in Private
Equity. Hugh specializes in recruitment of Sales and Marketing Personnel
in the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Medical Devices industries, from
entry level to Director.

A former Bank Manager. He has considerable experience in Commercial
Banking, Asset-Based Financing, and Business Development, particularly

working in Project Finance and dealing in Securities. He gained his
experience in South Africa and Namibia.
Doug Wilkinson
Having 28 years in Sales management and a Diploma in Marketing Management
he has since 1999 been HR consulting as a generalist recruiter. With
extensive experience in the Retail Sales, Management, Financial and
Admin fields he brings a wealth of experience to the Equity Solutions
team. His passion in life is placing the right person with the right

A qualified Medical Technologist who has for the last few years been

Non-Exclusivity
This is the scenario whereby Equity Solutions will freely compete on
the open market to find the right candidate through its extensive data
