Established in 2001, out of its sister company PCS Assignments, a very long standing and established consultancy. From there Equity Solutions will be able to service the Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Kwazulu Natal Provinces with personal, hands on service. These offices are operating as multi divisional offices, but with highly experienced and mature staff.

While still fulfilling a hands on recruiting function she is responsible for the successful running of the company. A Registered Nurse with valuable experience and expertise in the Healthcare Industry. She specializes in Medical Schemes, Managed Healthcare, Occupational Health and Clinical Services. She has been working in the recruitment industry since 2001 and is recruiting for companies both locally and internationally.

 

Michael Nyagani (Director)
Michael has been in the recruitment industry since 1999 and holds an MSc in Chemistry. He specializes in Technical and Contract Staff as well as manages Human Resources.

 

Richard Hancock (Director)
Is a Qualified Mechanical Technician and has a diploma in Personnel Management. He has extensive recruitment experience within the Chemical, Scientific and Engineering Industries


THE HEALTHCARE DEPARTMENT

Steven Kruger
Head of Healthcare Department, he holds a BSc Hons (Chem) and an MBA. He has spent over 13 years in the Specialty Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industries with experience in Production, Quality Assurance and Planning. With 13 years involvement in recruiting he is presently one of the leading recruiters in the Pharmaceutical and Medical fields for positions covering Doctors, Medical Advisor / Directors, Pharmacists, Sales & Marketing, Registration, Clinical Research, Production, QA and Laboratory positions

 

Hugh Cunningham
A registered Pharmacist who holds a B.Pharm and an MBA degree. He also qualified for registration as Chartered Marketer. He spent 15 years in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industries with experience in Production, Medical Department, Sales, Marketing and General Management. He also has experience in Corporate Business Development and Hospital Management. He extended his experience to the Financial Sector in Private Equity. Hugh specializes in recruitment of Sales and Marketing Personnel in the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Medical Devices industries, from entry level to Director.

Pieter Blake
A former Bank Manager. He has considerable experience in Commercial Banking, Asset-Based Financing, and Business Development, particularly identification of potential markets. He has extensive experience of development and presentation of skill courses. His career also involved working in Project Finance and dealing in Securities. He gained his experience in South Africa and Namibia.

Richard Hancock
A Qualified Mechanical Technician and has a diploma in Personnel Management. He has extensive recruitment experience within the Chemical, Scientific and Engineering Industries

 

Lisa Bell
A B.Prim Ed Graduate who will be servicing the Automotive and Engineering sectors of the Technical Industries. She is driven by service excellence for both the Client and the Applicant and specializes in entry level to skilled professionals. Lisa joined our team in 2005.

Dean Kendall-Ball
A qualified Electrical Technician with 12 years contracting experience in the Construction industry. He also has over 10 years management experience within the Mining and Earthmoving supply sectors. He provides a specialized service to clients in the Construction and Building industries, responsible for recruitment of various levels of staff from Charge Hands to General Managers on either a permanent or contract basis. Based in Gauteng.

Vaughan Rautenbach
A BSc (Hons) Graduate who has been in various sectors of the Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Research sectors of the Chemical Industry. For over 15 years he has been involved with Polymers, Lubricants, Paints and Disinfectant Detergents. He is responsible for the Water-Treatment, Food & Beverage, Coatings & Polymers, Petrochemical and Pulp & Paper sectors of the Chemical Industry and covers all divisions from Laboratory through Sales to Production and General Management.

Michael Davidovics
An experienced recruitment practitioner with extensive experience in the recruitment industry as well as Management experience on various construction projects. He provides a specialized service to clients in the Construction, Building and Civil Industries, encompassing all levels of staff within these specific sectors of the industry on either a permanent or contract basis. As Branch Manger he is also responsible for the general recruitment of Admin, Financial and Office related staff within the Pietermaritzburg/KZN areas.

 

PHALABORWA OFFICE


Paul Blake
Branch Manager of the Phalaborwa office. A BSc Graduate who has been in various sectors of the Industrial, Specialty, Mining and Manufacturing sectors of the Chemical and Engineering industry for over 15 years. He has over this time, gained considerable hands on, Recruitment and Management experience covering engineering, laboratory, production, quality and sales. Paul brings a depth of experience to the already well-established Mining department. He specializes in the recruitment of personnel for the Mining, Analytical Instrumentation and Chemical Sales Industries.

 

Christa Blake
A qualified Medical Technologist who has considerable laboratory experience gained with Pathology Laboratories but has for the last few years been involved in the Hospitality Industry with a focus on Game Lodge Industry. Based in Phalaborwa from where she specializes in the recruitment of all levels of staff, which include Game Rangers, F&B Managers, Chefs, Beauticians, GM’s, technical staff etc.

In this case Equity Solutions will sign an exclusive agreement with a client for a specific assignment for a specific time period. An advertising budget will be worked out with the client and Equity Solutions will commit itself to dedicated attention and resources to said assignment to ensure that “no stones are left unturned” to find the right candidate.

 

Non-Exclusivity
This is the scenario whereby Equity Solutions will freely compete on the open market to find the right candidate through its extensive data bank resources and through its own advertising.
